Public statement of data processing.
The German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) stipulates in Section 4g that according to Section 4e BDSG, the security administrator is required to make the following specifications available to the public:

2. Purpose of Data Processing
The company sells software of all kinds, but mainly in logistics, as well as any related services related to the support of customers and non-customers as well as the promotion of products and services. For the handling of the core business, the company maintains a data processing center in addition to various product development and customer service locations.
Secondary purposes are accompanying or supportive functions such as personnel, contractor and service management. Video surveillance in the data processing center is undertaken for reasons of safety and to collect evidence in case of vandalism, burglary or other crimes.
3. Description of affected group of people and the related data or data categories
Customer data, employee data as well as data of agency operators, suppliers and other service providers as long as they are required for the fulfillment of the purpose mentioned in section 2.
The main data or data categories are listed below:

Address, contact information (including telephone, fax and e-mail), contract data, service information including customer development, statistics, accounting and performance data - Business partners / service providers:

Address, contact information (including telephone, fax and e-mail), areas of interest, business data, offering data - Staff, field staff, applicants, apprentices, interns, retirees and former employees:
Application data, information on training, prior employment history and qualifications, contract data, master and accounting data, information on private and business address, field of work, salary payments, income tax data, bank data, assets entrusted to the employee, contact information, employee status, employee evaluations, data for personnel administration and control; timekeeping data and access control data, schedule management data, communications data and data concerning the processing and monitoring of transactions but also of technical systems, possibly emergency contact data selected by employees on whom should be contacted in an emergency. - Not attributable groups of people:
Video recordings.
4. Recipients or categories of recipients to whom the data may be communicated
Public entities with priority legislation, external contractors in order to carry out data processing in accordance with Section 11 BDSG as well as external agencies and internal agencies / departments of active logistics GmbH and / or its subsidiaries to comply with the mentioned purpose in section 2.
5. Statutory periods for deleting data
The legislative authorities have stipulated various storage requirements and periods. After expiration of this period, the relevant data is routinely deleted. If data are not affected by this, they will be deleted when the purposes mentioned in section 2 cease to apply.
6. Planned transmission to third countries
A transfer is made only to those third countries that ensure an adequate level of data protection.
