OXSEED logistics GmbH

OXSEED logistics is the joint venture of the active logistics GmbH and the OXSEED AG founded in July, 2007. The company combines the competences of the 24x7 high availability data processing centre of the active logistics group in Niederaula with the software and process know-how of the OXSEED AG in Bielefeld offering trade-specific on demand solutions for the logistics industry.
The portfolio includes legally compliant archiving, digital shipment files, processing of data streams and e-billing quotes. Customers do not have to spend money for their own IT systems and can retrieve solutions from the data processing centre, if necessary. The digital dispatch of invoices per email, so-called e-billing is subject to certain legal regulations to allow the invoice recipient to benefit from the input tax deduction.
With its e-billing solution OXSEED offers an integrated concept for controlling and handling the complete e-billing process. The process is initiated by preparing the data stream from the software solutions of active logistics through conversion into pdf files up to signing, sending and archiving  using research and verification functions.  The flexible solution allows users to individually configure their processes on the screen.
